"An unforgettable ordeal! I had them order a trailer hitch for my car. Made the install appointment 3 weeks in advance. After dropping the car off on the day of the appointment, about 10 minuets after I left I received a call stating the hardware was not in the box and they cannot install the hitch. This was on a Friday. They said if I come back on Wednesday they can install the hitch and offered me a 10% discount. The issue is I live out of town and work even farther out of town. Later that day a friend offered to do a car swap with me. He had a meeting close to U-Hall. I tried calling the store 6-8 times Saturday and was not able to get through, kept transferring me to a call center off site. The call center was not able to schedule me for the day I needed. I stopped in U-Hall on Saturday morning to set up an appointment for Thursday. The car will be dropped off at 10:30 and picked up at 12:30. He dropped the car off at 10:30. When he went to pick it up they said the appointment was for Wednesday, they can install it but it will be about a hour. He went back a hour latter and was told it will be a couple hours. He was finally able to pick the car up at 4:00. To top off the whole ordeal there was no discount given, even though promised. If giving 0 stars was an option I would do that. I will be telling the biking community about this and to avoid using The U-Hall in Sioux Falls."

"This place is awesome and has has great customer service! I picked up a trailer earlier today from another town. The and was about to travel 300+ miles. The tires were not good so I went U-haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Sioux Falls and the traded out my trailer. I highly recommend this place."

"Well, make a reservation if you intend on getting a rental vehicle, as we found out Fri and Sat they are all booked up. Not one in all of Sioux Falls unless you have a CDL. Good Luck!"

"We had an appointment at 830am to get a hitch installed on our van. (it was scheduled to take 2 hours) This evening at 430, still no call that they were done or apologies that they were taken longer than expected. When we went to the location, it was sitting outside, but they had put the wrong connection on. We had leave the van overnight so they could change it. Super frustrating! Disappointed with Customer Service!"
