"I dropped my string trimmer off on 5/23 for a tune up and was told it'll be about 5 days. I called 5/26 just to see if maybe it would be done before the holiday weekend. I was told "you're number 5 in the pile and it'll be done next week." I said no problem. I called again 6/1 to see if they had gotten to it and was told the exact same thing "you're number 5 in the pile and it'll be done next week." I said "I was told that last week Friday, I'm gonna have to come pick it up because I live in an HOA and with all the rain I need to get it done." I wasn't mad, more so annoyed. When I showed up and checked in, I was told "ya know if you had had some patience we probably would have had it done today." Excuse me? I was told 20 minutes ago "it'll be done next week." I was then told in a very rude manner "today is technically day 5 with the holiday weekend." 5/23 - 6/1 with 5/29 being the holiday makes 7 days. I didn't like his attitude with me when I was simply trying to pick up my machine. I've bought 3 very good machines from Browns over the last 9 years and planned on adding a snow thrower in the fall. Looks like I'll be going to fleet farm to buy Ariens and Echo products from now on."
