"We set out to replace the construction grade windows in our new home to address excessive condensation and draftiness and we solicited three quotes from local providers including Renewal By Andersen. RBA was the second to meet with us and before we were halfway through, we decided to go with them even though they were more expensive. One, we were a repeat customer from 20 years ago and we knew we would be happy with the final result. Two, they offered zero-interest financing for 18 months. Three, they weren't going to disturb the siding during the installation. Four, Ray Rice was incredibly friendly, listened to our concerns, and was flexible in his presentation to our time constraints. RBA kept us up to date with periodic phone calls about the status of our windows and made sure we were okay with the date and time of the installation. Tim came with his crew and was on-time/early, walked us through everything and then proceeded to get done in about four hours for six windows. After the installation, he walked us through the installation, the operation of each of the windows, and addressed any of our concerns (we didn't have any). It's been a couple of weeks and during the latest cold snap/snowstorm, we noticed how little condensation there was on the windows and how much less the furnace kicked on. Couldn't be happier unless they gave them to us for free. ;)"
