"First time using Safelite. Had a pencil eraser sized chip on windshield, right in middle of drivers line of sight. Safelite explained the process and all possible outcomes. My insurance company set up the appointment in advance. Staff was very courteous and professional. Repair too about 40 minutes to complete. Chip is gone. Very pleased with the outcome, looks great. Future chips will be handled by Safelite."
