"My grandma ran out of propane in the middle of winter, with -16 degree weather! They told her that they’d come fill it up when it was at 5%! She called on a Thursday and told them it was down to 7%! They never came! She eventually ran out of propane. I had to remove her from her house because again, below freezing outside and she had no propane! Her house was loosing warmth by the minute! If you can use another propane company, please do! Don’t trust a company that allows elders to freeze!"
"So... Im trying to call to order propane for a elder who is out in the cold and the voice mail says leave the address and contact number, but the voicemail is full! I understand there is a blizzard coming and everyone wants propane, but wouldnt you have more people working the phones since weve known about the weather for a few days now? Sheesh! So no answer , no voicemail, and no hope of getting propane, so no heat all weekend! Hire some people to answer the phones ...PLEASE"
