"Last week we had temperatures in the -30s. I was out of town and came home to find that a part in my furnace broke and it wouldn’t turn on. It was 48 degrees in my house. I called One Way Service Pros and they were able to send their guys out that were already on a call. They were unable to get the needed part until the next day, but reassured me that they wouldn’t leave my house that evening until they knew it would be warm enough to keep pipes from freezing. I left for the night, came home in the morning to find they brought in heaters and had my sink cabinets open so they were getting the warmth too. They had the part before noon and the furnace up and running right then. The young men that showed up that night and next morning were kind, knowledgeable and dependable.
