"If I could give no stars I would. Thanks for losing another package. This post office seems to constantly mess up. When I file a report no one contacts me. Leave a voicemail no one contacts me. You oughta go over correctly placing mail with your post people because this is the third package y’all have lost now. This one however is not replaceable. I doubt I’ll get a response yet again so here we are letting everyone know you don’t do your jobs well."
"Worst USPS I have ever dealt with. Packages will be moving smoothly until they hit Rapid City and then it is immediately delayed three days. Like at this point let me go to the back to get my package. Staff is typically unhelpful."
"I went to buy Christmas stamps, of course the line was very long, waiting for a postal clerk to assist me. But I saw the sign for the self serve kiosk, and the sign said I could buy Christmas stamps at the kiosk. When I used the kiosk, the option to purchase Christmas stamps was not on the screen. The only option was the American flag, no problem I like the American flag. But I wanted Christmas stamps so I selected another option. I did not have the option for Christmas stamps. So instead I bought 85 one each first class stamps that seem to take forever to print. While the self-serve line behind me gathered more and more people. Very disappointed that this kiosk did not seem to have an option to purchase Christmas stamps while I waited for the individual stamps to print. I noticed that the lady that I would have stood behind me in line left. She was serviced by a human being faster, while I waited for a machine to print stamps slowly."
"Customers should ask about special or specific stamps. Such as birthday stamps, love stamps, kids stamps, etc. I just needed to get one stamp, but bought a sheet of them. The lady waiting on me was super pleasant and went out of her way to help me get a specific type of stamp I wanted to get. She went through everything she had in a folder at her station and then went to another area where she found exactly what I wanted. Great experience!"
"These people consistently lose my packages and they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. The email form will never go through, they never answer the phone, and I never get resolution about missing items. The scum who deliver my packages obviously don't know how to read mailbox names. They always give my mail to another neighbor or don't put the key to the package parcel holder in my box and give it to someone else. THIS IS THE WORST USPS. SUCK LESS PLEASE.."
