"What a joke! I'm a new customer, called in to set up service and get an answering service. After my call was screened, I was transferred and able to talk to someone at blakeman about getting filled. Lady was very short, rude and tried to pass me off to her managers voicemail, when all I wanted to do was set up service and pay cash. She says you need to run a "credit check" to pay cash. She also said she cannot give me any pricing details until said credit check is done. What slays me is this how they treat new customers, then how do they treat old customers?!? Welcome to the neighborhood. Lol"
