"If your a flatbed driver don't come here thinking you'll be pulling anything but a dry van, 90% of tralo is dry van freight. If they tell you about hauling batteries and making 2000 dollars a week even when you home you still get paid..... run. I was hired for that job and pulled dry van for 3 months and a couple of Conestoga loads the last month never hauling one battery. Was promised a new big hood but the guy who gives trucks out Derek offered me one used one that didn't even start, tripak didn't work and the fridge was hanging out and the truck only had 286 thousand miles on it, the 2nd one was a little better but at 300 thousand miles it was beat up. Home time is something they don't know about, worked 4 weeks got 40 hours off and I was 3 days late getting home for scheduled time off My last month I was there they changed the pay to make less money then I was and was lied to about that also, payroll person wouldn't answer the phone or return a call for 3 days. Apply at your own risk, it's ok for some but I know of 5 people that left because of the shadyness and lies from people. Never met the owner heard about him and seen him once but never talk to him, just remember the name Derek and stay far away he's like a parasite in the company that will make your stay short, for reasons unknown he's also in charge of safety which is funny if you knew him. I've been at this 36 years and was roped in by the big money lie and its my own fault for believing people that I actually knew for years before going, they are very unorganized with a lot of broker freight, hope this helps like I said I fell for it nobody's fault but my own and left broked and busted."

"i was having a hard time getting my tandems to slide today here in rapid city at the j when the driver of the red and black t-680 pulled in next to me. he was checking his straps when i asked for a hand. he was more than willing to help. when i pulled the button to release my pins only one side would release. your driver got under my trailer and showed me where the cotter pin was missing. he pulled a nail from the pallet on his trailer and we tamped it into where the cotter key would be and got tandems slid and in the right whole. i didnt see a truck number but i wanted to reach out and say thank you to Tralo and their driver. we need more drivers out here that aren’t afraid to help somebody in need. he was helpful, polite, and spoke very highly of you guys. thank you for employing respectable drivers, not just steering wheel holders!!!"
