"The management here is awful and they are nothing but thefs. They completely stole from my family when my uncle was staying here plus they completely disrespected us when we try to get his stuff back I will never stay here again and I would highly recommend everyone reconsider getting a room elsewhere unless you like to be stolen from and disrespected!!!!!"

"Room was simple, clean - no dust in the corners or funky smell in the bedroom. No bugs. The TV worked and the sheets smelled like they were just washed that day - our family of 4 felt comfortable enough for a quick sleep before hitting the road again. The hallway, lobby, and stairs carpet were not clean and smelled. Which made me initially concerned about the room, so I was surprised how clean it was. If they vacuumed the stairs and hall it would make a big difference. I called ahead that day to book and the rate was cheaper by calling and reserving with a card ahead of time ($30!). I think if you call ahead they probably make sure your room is fresher."

"My brother stayed at this hotel for a few months before he was hospitalized. My credit card was used to pay for the room at first until I told the management to not use my card anymore and to charge my brother, which they did for one month, and then when my brother ended up hospitalized and we told the management he was giving up the room, and there was still ten days left that he was paid up for, the management charged my credit card for an entire month for the next month that my brother was not even there for. He was in the hospital In Las Cruces and never returned to Lordsburg, but they continued to charge my credit card over $600. Absolute thieves."

"They took advantage of my uncle who has a traumatic brain injury. He has been staying there monthly and then was admitted to the hospital. While in the hospital they kept charging his card. Sent them money to send his belongings to him and they never sent them and keep charging his card. I wouldn't stay here I'd you want to be ripped off."

"Disappointing Experience at Plaza Inn I recently stayed at Plaza Inn and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The overall atmosphere lacked warmth, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing quality service. The room I was assigned was outdated, with worn-out furnishings that gave off a tired and neglected vibe. Moreover, the cleanliness standards were subpar; I noticed dusty corners and stained carpets, making me question the overall hygiene of the establishment. The amenities advertised were either unavailable or in poor condition, adding to the sense of dissatisfaction. In summary, Plaza Inn fell short of expectations on multiple fronts, and I would not recommend it for those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
