"Liar! Thief! Charges $39 to diagnose. Misdiagnoses problem but charges $230 to "fix"with 90 day warranty. 5 weeks later same problem. Claims fixed wrong thing need you to pay $350 more--does not honor own warranty. Bait and switch, rip off artist!"

Finally came to the house and said there was nothing wrong with the appliance, couldn't diagnose the problem. Was here 10 mins tops. I kicked him out while he was talking ON SPEAKERPHONE as I'm trying to speak with the insurance company. First negative review I've written. STAY AWAY."
