"2 men came out, looked in our septic, said it was completely full, needed to be pumped, then left. We had only lived here 6 weeks and it had been pumped, we called HEI septic pumping company that had pumped it, they came out, and we looked in with them and it was not even close to full! But, the pipe going to the tanks had many roots blocking the pipe. HEI cleared out the roots, flushed it out and no more problems! HEI is AWESOME! Delta is a questionable company in my opinion."
