"I would give it a zero if I could. Don’t apply here. They will just waste your time. Went in for an interview never got a call to say Whether I got the job or not. I called back after a while of not hearing back. I was told to go in for another interview because they shred paperwork after a week. After that interview was told everything sounded and looked good but I had to wait till after sprig break was over to get me into a room. I called back a week after I was supposed to be called to sign paperwork for a background check. I then took the money they needed for the background check. I was told I would get the number i needed for it in about 10 mins. I waited a while then got a call saying I was no longer a good fit. Even though they said everything looked good."

"Kids Castle has been nothing but wonderful for our son! We started taking our son to daycare here at 9 months (he is now a little over 2) and the teachers, staff , as well as Pam have been nothing but Amazing! The place is always clean, well kept, and the staff is wonderful. They always keep us updated on anything going on with the school (anything from sicknesses reported to fun school events such as their Christmas party). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great daycare!"

"This daycare started out good. Ms. Julisa was my son's teacher. He was doing great up untill she moved up to supervisor. Everyday I would pick my son up he was in a different class room , with a different teacher. They would constantly have new staff coming in and out of the daycare, some girls look young and where very unprofessional! The bathrooms are shared with all the kids and are very dirty, they have urine on the floors and Mudd as well. My son was I believe mistreated by staff I got 3 calls in a row for me to come pick him up. The last call I got the staff where yelling at him and they told me if I didn't pick him up right then and there they would call the police on my son (he's 4). Honestly if they couldn't handle a 4 year old how can they handle a whole classroom? I would never recommend ANYONE to this daycred! The director doesn't care about the kids in this daycare all she cares about is the money. **Also they do not prep kids for kindergarten***"

"On the surface this place looks great. They have a swimming pool, they have a chef that makes all the food. Everyone seemed very nice. My son started at 14 months. First red flag, they put one year olds in front of the TV. I'm not sure how often. Then they moved him to the older room without telling me. He really like the two women that were in the first room, even though there would up to 5 different people a day watching the room. Sometimes they would be waiting for more help to show up and there would be 8 kids in a room with one person. They would shuffle them between the older room and the younger room based on how many people were there. My son hated the women in the older room, Carla. I never once saw that woman smile, and who knows how she actually treated the kids. My then 19 month old son strated freaking out every time we dropped him off. My son also can't have milk or soy and it was challenging to get them to look at food labels. Also, they said they went outside once a day, but I never even saw the playground or heard of them playing outside. There is a very high turnover rate with staff, little communication with parents. Would not recommend. We only had 2 months left in our state contract, but we switched to another daycare and my son did so much better."

"I had my children in Kid's Castle from the time they were small 6 week old babies. You can stop by at anytime unannounced and see what's going on. They also have cameras throughout the facility so if you want to know something specific they can show you. In the 6 years they were taking care of my girls we had many many positive experiences. As my children grew Kid's Castle grew with them. They have a great Pre K program where both kids knew how to count, their alphabet and how to spell their names. Kid's Castle taught them manners and how to swim. The field trips as they got older were great. They fed the nutritional food and taught them about a good diet. The staff is young but they are trained and I never met one I didn't like. They have low turnover, there are several people that were there when we brought our babies that were also there to see out kindergartens off. I was very picky in my choice of daycare and couldn't have made a better choice for my girls. -Mandy"
