"I was evaluated by his assistant on March 3rd to get an accommodations letter for extended time on a certification exam I must take to work in my field. I was told it would take 3 weeks to receive my letter, so when it passed 5 weeks I began calling. I was told it was ready yet but that it would be sent within the week. It was not, so I called multiple times a day leaving multiple messages until I got a call back to be told that if I sent him an email he would reply with the letter. He did not. I continued to leave voice-mail and send emails, all with no response for another month. Today July 9th, 4 months later, I got ahold of the office staff at the offices he is located, and was told they have no way to contact him other than the voice-mail box I've been leaving messages at. My insurance was billed for this service that I did not receive so now I will have to waste more time getting the payment reversed so I can see someone else."
