"Was pretty disorganized 5 -6 ppl in the small exercise room split between 2 staff minimum attentiveness because they are juggling too many at once what should be a 1 hrs session took twice as long. Some of the therapist are rude and seem annoyed to even help . Also front desk lady seems to purposely to schedule on days that don’t work then when you express this she schedule it anyway says “ well if id don’t work we will reschedule . It’s no problem “ then if the problem arises then it’s most definitely is a problem and they will completely exaggerate this to your doctors offices. Super uncomfortable, not inviting people, talking about very personal issues infront of patients not helpful what so ever . Very stressful to make appointments . Not a great experience what so ever. Although the owners son who works there as well was pretty delightful and sincere."

"This group is very disorganized for scheduling, answering messages, and also being extremely rude when I called to validate my appointment. The front desk guy was very unprofessional when I called and hung up on me. When I called back to speak to his manager he yelled at me for asking questions and asking to talk to someone else, which he refused. Disappointing that I had to cancel my appointments before I even started as I was told this was a great group to work with from my doctor."

"Was here years ago when I suffered a whiplash neck & shoulder injury at work, I couldn't move my neck or raise my right arm and was in pain from my neck all the way down my arm to my finger tips, but even after 1 session which included warm up stretches, hot & cold treatments, massage therapy, electric stimulus pads and various stretch equipment, I walked out with less pain and way more range of motion that i was able to go back to work doing light duty. After seeing what 1 session did, I booked almost a whole months worth of treatment, was going twice a week for about a 1 hour session each, by the 2nd week, about 4 sessions in, I was virtually pain free and had full range of motion. So the last 2 weeks were dedicated to strengthening my upper body to even everything out. I can't remember the main therapists name but she was great, but her 2 assistant's who did most of the treatments were Fantastic. I believe one was named Megan. I don't know if she still works there since it's been years that I was there, but she was God sent, down to earth, truly cared about treating her patients and always made me feel comfortable even when I was struggling at first with the treatments. But the whole team there was great. If the same team is there from when I went, I highly recommend them."
