"Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady that was spoken with but she did make it clear she was one of the owners and I cannot believe this is how she runs her business, she was extremely disrespectful and rude on the phone. They charged $150 because of a missed appointment which was because there was an unexpected death in the family and the appointment couldn't have been made due to this tragic event that happened, she had zero sympathy and had no care, on top of it she completely discharged and canceled all appointments going forward. For someone to go to this business needing help and being treated this way because of something completely out of control shows a lot about how these people who claim to want to help other's, they obviously do not care about their clients. Do NOT go here if you're looking for support."
