"The counselor I've worked with for years is amazing. Other than my counselor the people I have interacted with don't communicate. The owner is a male who is the most condescending person I have ever met talking to mental health patients as if they are scum. They force you to keep a card on file and charge it without any warning. The owner let me know today that it is not their responsibility to let their clients know about any charges that are being charged. He told me to go seek an attorney or call the news if I didnt like it and hung up on me."

"I just recently starting meeting with Rebekah. I am honestly thankful for thrive. I emailed the office manager that I wanted to restart my services. They emailed me right away as soon as an availability came up. It was super easy. When I met with my therapist, I let her know I'm uncomfortable with video calling and she had no problem with that, she makes me feel super comfortable and she's always understanding when I need to reschedule or change my time.
