These women are so respectful and kind, and they have taken over my case when another doctor made horrible errors that were causing me serious pain. They truly care and love their jobs. "i thought this place was so good, but it has been the worst experience for me, this is my first pregnancy and i have never had troubles with a place so much. I had an appt set up and they told me a nurse cancelled it, since i am going to another location. Now i wont be seen, when this is suppose to be one of my 4 week check ups. And they pushed me to the side and repeatedly told me my appt was cancelled, I UNDERSTAND! But i did not cancel it. The girls at the front desk are always so rude with snobby attitudes. They should be welcoming to all patience when they come in because they are basically faces of that office. But its been so inconsistent every single appt i have gone to. Doctors constantly changing on me, i have not seen the same nurse since my first visit. Miscommunication between them all. Its so terrible. I am so glad i found a new location to go to with nurses and doctors, i know will be consistent and front desk girls are always so nice, even when you call in. UNLIKE this location, they are always so rude answering the phones."

"Trying to make an appointment with receptionists that appear bored And bothered by your call isn’t appropriate or professional. I called a month in advance To schedule an appointment. I also asked who replaced the dr that left their practice only to be told there’s no specific dr that replaced the dr that left.. oh and by the way when we told you 6 months ago to call a month before because they don’t schedule out that far we now can’t see you for three months. No one calls to schedule an obgyn appointment for fun.. or just because. There’s usually an issue. When having to THEN tell this rude woman my business and that needs to be addressed prior to that and to receive a SIGH and I guess I can have a triage nurse call you - no thanks."

"Dr Menetta and her PA, Laura, have done a wonderful job managing my pregnancy. The wait times are short and they answer questions through my chart which is really convenient. They both have excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend them!"
