"Horrible at communicating. They put in no effort whatsoever. Will be looking for another doctor."
"I was very disappointed with the healthcare I received at this location and with Optum in general. The staff were always nice and helpful, and the location is very nice and clean, but that makes no difference if the healthcare is bad. I'm sure there are some really good doctors at Optum, And the endocrinologist I had seen there was decent. But the PCP's.. Yikes!! Dr. Schwartz (spelling) is not a good doctor. I was have issues with very low oxygen at night and would wake up feeling like I couldn't function and as if my brain would not work. I bought an extremely expensive oximeter with monitoring and reports and sure enough my oxygen was getting down into the low 80's. I later found out that I had some issues with my left lung. She completely dismissed the reports and said oxygen getting down to 85 was normal at night. NO IT IS NOT!!! She is a gaslighter and tried to tell me I had anxiety. NO, I felt like I hadn't slept in weeks, and felt weird from the low oxygen. Thank god I was seeing an ear nose and throat doctor at Lovelace who told me that was not normal and I was given a referral for pulmonology. I wear oxygen at night now with a concentrator. The only review I could find on her said, "she almost killed me!" And that is exactly what she could have done to me. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!!! IT IS YOUR JOB!! Optum needs to see the liability they have with this person who I will not refer to as a doctor. She was not the only bad PCP I saw there. The other one has left, but he yelled at me for mispronouncing a medication, literally yelled at me."

"My doctor is on the web so I’ve never met him in person but most of my dealings are with the phone staff at this location. They are the most unprofessional and unhelpful people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with as a patient. They will keep you on hold forever but if they need to get ahold of you they will literally call you until you answer making you think there’s some kind of emergency. If you work day shift I guess that’s not so bad but if you work nights be prepared for that level of incompetence and discourtesy. My doctor is incredible and if it weren’t for him I would seek treatment elsewhere."
"This place is awful. There never have availability. My doctor schieder never responds. I've tried to schedule appointments through the app and never get a respond. I needed a referral for a specialist and had to hassle them for over a month to get them to send it to the doctor. I wish I had money to sue for malpractice. Update: I have now tried to get a new patient in for six months and not a single doctor is taking new patients. They keep telling me to try in another 3 months. I am now also trying to contract them to get a claims corrected and have been on hold for multiple days for over an hours each time before I give up. Absolutely no answer. I wish I could post screen shots of my hold time"
