"They completed a sleep study on myself and son, my son's came back normal. During the appt showed him a video of my sons concerning sleep noises and he laughed at me and said I could try unm. My sleep study was never completed, they called and said the at home machine was broken then a few days later called and said I can pick up the machine. I brought it home and sure enough it was broken .... I took it back the machine voicing my concerns and I never heard back from them. Even the consultation they cancelled it but never called me, I called them and they claimed they did, but I had no missed calls and it took another month to be seen. So stressful."
"I have had it with these people I have been waiting for them to call me for a mask replacement and nothing I give up you are better off with Lovelace sleep center they said my boy friends sleep results where negative but he doesn't sleep right he stops breathing and his snoring idk second option is lovelace"
"AVOID - Be careful even calling as every call will be billed to you!! This place is owned by a shady company in El Paso called El Paso Sleep center. I called Rio Rancho sleep center for an appt and to ask about insurance, when my insurance copay was too high I said nevermind and moved on. Literally 8 months later I get a bill from El Paso Sleep Center for $225 for that one 5 minute phone call that they already billed my insurance. Never was I told about this 'consultation' fee. When I called down to El Paso to figure it out the lady on the phone actually laughed at me for not wanting to pay such a 'small' fee. Legit laughing."
"I've been trying for months to have the Rio Ranch Sleep Center send a document to HME Specialists. I've called both corporations at least 5 or 6 times and was assured everything would be taken care of. I haven't received new supplies in over a year. This is beyond ridiculous."
"horrible company. Had an appointment today at 12:30 to meet with the doctor to get a refill on my sleep prescription. I call at 11 am to confirm because I didn't get a call yesterday like the operator said I would. When she answers the phone she says I was just about to call you to confirm your appointment. She then puts me on hold and picks up and tells me that the doctor no longer does prescriptions and that i would need to go through my primary care provider and that they can't help me. I ask her why I was told this an hour and a half before my appointment? She says that she called me yesterday and left me a voicemail. I tell her 100% that I didn't get a call or voicemail from them yesterday(i have their number programmed in my phone). She insists she did and then after a back and forth finally admits she didn't and apologizes for not letting me know. My prescription ended the last day of June because when they renewed my prescription last summer, it was supposed to go through the end up July but they accidentally did an 11 month renewal instead of a 12 month renewal. Their response was too bad, July 14th is the soonest when I called at the end of May. Will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't answer their phones, they don't call you back when you leave a voicemail and they never have a clue on what is actually going on with their patients and don't care."
