"zero stars if i could. can't get an appointment for 3 weeks then 15 minutes before the report time for the appointment they call to reschedule. rearrange my whole week for this appointment. I guess getting help with my pain isn't important to them. i am infuriated. if someone is out their only contingency plan is to reschedule you. go somewhere else if you can. if you have a physical aliment that you need help with do not expect help from them any time quickly."
"It was a pleasure working with Maggie and Grace. They're both very knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful in their approach. I really appreciate that Maggie takes time during evaluations to check where you might need some help and then makes a customized plan. The therapists here really work one-on-one with you, ensuring that your exercises are effective and that you're making good use of your time. I tried another PT clinic before Paradigm. I had a much better experience here and actually made really great progress in just a few months. Now I have my life back and can take care of my baby with minimal pain. I highly recommend pelvic floor PT at Paradigm for new moms!"
"Most physical therapists' here are great. However, the scheduling lady in the front desk; Did not respect when I said I could not attend physical therapy before 2 pm. I have other commitments. Because of that I missed an appointment the was scheduled at around 11 am. I understand they have appointments scheduled but patients also have important things to do. She just had to schedule me another day at 2pm for example. This made it difficult for me. Customer service needs improvement."
"Update 7/17/19. A little over two weeks ago, Management has closed the Los Lunas gym for those using Silver Sneakers and similar programs. Yes, after 4.5yrs, we were very shocked. So many seniors depended on them to have skilled staff to assist with our special needs. Perhaps they'll reconsider. A sad day for us. Fall 2016. My wife had a severe stroke. Our experience here found all of the therapists skilled and understanding. We've been using the gym now 2yrs. Unlike many gyms, trained therapists are able to advise you for a well balanced workout taking into consideration your disabilities. They also accept a number of insurances. It sure works well for us."
