"Had them for years and yes, Lynn Dawson was my. Dr. I returned my pain meds to her and she said to me no more of them, I agreed. What I forgot about was the meds in my pill box. Not realizing I kept taking my meds and of course I had a dirty urine, I kept telling her that I'm not taking anything besides what she gave me, when I figured it out when I was filling my pill box that's when it dawned on me. She didn't want to hear my explanation so she had thrown me off the program let me tell you I hope the hell she's never in pain!"

"I saw Lynn Dawson and she was probably the worst doctor I have visited. My PCP referred me to have them take over my pain management, she comes in saying she is not going to continue my prescriptions, she is not going to fill out the paperwork to renew my medical cannabis card, and recommended I do yoga or physical therapy which I did for months but no longer have the time or money for. My PCP doctor recommended to try the injections and Lynn simply said she does not think they would help. So I flat out asked her, "why the hell am I here if you are not going to do anything for me?" She said, "fine I'll do the injections, but I dont see the point." I called to try to make an appointment with another doctor there and they said I needed to pay $60 for the first appointment even though they did nothing but piss me off and now I'm afraid the next doctor is going to do the same BS so I really wouldn't recommend this place, but I will submit another review when I see the next doctor to let ppl know if it is just Lynn Dawson that is aweful, or the whole place in general."

"I can't begin to say enough great things about Lynn Dawson NP and her amazing assistant Selina. I have been seeing Lynn for several years now and she has helped me so much. Lynn is one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is very knowledgeable in here practice, willing to listen and talk about options, non-judgmental, and just an over all nice person. I feel very lucky to have her as my provider. Selina makes me feel like part of the family, she is always smiling and has a kind word to say. She remembers small details that makes every interaction feel very comfortable and personal. Thanks to both of them, I am able to return to work in a very active job that I love. If you need pain management, USA Pain center is the place to go."

"I have been referred to these people three times in the last few years. Each time they have given me the run around. Every time they said they need my records and they will contact me. Each time they have been sent and then we never hear back and follow up calls are not returned. And each time I have to contact the Doctors office and get a referral to an office in Albuquerque. I would prefer an office here in Rio Rancho were we live but apparently they have terrible staffing or these folks just do not need the business."

"So, I've been engaged with USA Pain for about 4 months. They have been cordial and concerned in my level of treatment. I advised from the start that I did not want to take pain meds and they obliged. I also advised that I had been with another pain clinic several years ago and shots were not effective in pain relief. However, I was willing to give it a try being that my pain is so severe at times. I am 5 years post back surgery and the pain unfortunately has resurfaced. The medical assistant that is currently working with me is highly knowledgeable and explains and answers any and every question that I have. And believe me I am one of those patients that asks a lot of questions as we all should. So, I am due for my 2nd shot soon. The first of course proved to be a waste of course, but I always believe in second chances! To sum it up, I am happy with the services that I receive at USA Pain. However, I do wish that the appointments could be a little sooner. But, that may due to a number of things regarding my conditions and the extensive medications that I am on. Everyone's level of treatment is different."
