"THE DOC, AS USUALLY WAS PLEASANT AND EXCELLENT. BUT ALSO, TYPICALLY , GLITCHES WITH THE LABS... THIS TIME i WAS GIVEN A PLASTIC CUP FOR THE URINE, BUT THERE WAS NO IDENTIFICATION ON IT AND NO ONE TO FIND TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT... OTHER TIMES IN THE PAST THERE WERE NOTES ON RESULTS ABOUT DELAY IN GETTING THE LABS AND SUCH. PERHAPS THE CLINIC NEEDS A PROFESSIONAL TO MONITOR THE COMINGS AND GOINGS AND SUPERVISE THE ACCURATE ITEMS TO GIVE OUT. THAT WAS AN ISSUE LAST TIME AND i ENDED UP HAVING TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN AGAIN - A LONG TRIP ! TO PICK UP THE CORRECT ITEM..."
"It was fabulous ...Stacy is an absolutely wonderful and thorough doctor and I am so happy I found her and Oak St I am really enjoying my experience there"
"I was impressed the minute I walked into your beautiful facility. It felt welcoming. There was coffee and snacks. Dr. Callisto was wonderful. She seemed really interested in helping me."
"The doctors and nurses are fantastic. The office staff sucks. I could write a book on how I have been mistreated by them. Their transportation is hit and miss also. I would not go there at all except I'd like the doctors and nurses."
"I never met the doctor. The PA "seemed" kind, until she refused to refer me to a pain management clinic, I'm guessing because she saw me as "drug seeking" because I'm Black. I finally self referred and am getting the care I need. She also changed and cancelled my prescriptions without notifying me, and I could never actually talk to her to get resolution. I found another PCP, and am happily receiving the card I deserve. If you're an elder Black person, go elsewhere."
