The staff is friendly they ask questions check everything they listen to me they go over my complete chart they ask how I'm doing emotionally and if I would like to talk to someone about what I'm going through to me they care I personally will not see another medical care facility I started with Dr Longley in Santa fe liked the way he treated me and the care I got. and the staff at Oak st. Health that I have talked too or cared me have all treated me very well I would not think of going anywhere else for my medical care. I thank Oak st. Health very much I leave there knowing my medical needs were addressed thank you again"

"This place is no better than any other place in New Mexico. You can never get through to the clinic, you are routed to a clearing house that doesn't care about anything. I had MANY issues even trying to get an appointment. No one explained that the first appointment was a meet and greet. No medical person was seen. I was advised by my physician to come back in 3 months. When I tried to book it at the front desk, I was told that they couldn't book that far out, only 2 months and that they would call to schedule it. They never called. I went in because I wasn't feeling well in late November and had to see the Nurse Practitioner, she seemed like she couldn't be bothered with me. I was also concerned about some spots on my head because I had skin cancer a couple of years ago. She suggested a referral to a dermatologist and I have yet to get it. After waiting again for them to call and schedule a time with my primary, I called and got the clearing house and told them I wanted an appointment with my primary care physician. Waited almost a month to get it. Today I went in and they told me that I was seeing the same nurse practitioner who didn't have time for me last time. I said no I'm not, and went to the front desk to find out what happened. She told me that the clinic didn't schedule it and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked for an appointment to see Dr. Longley and she looked and looked, but the soonest she could me was 2/14, five weeks from now! This is rich coming from the same person who told me that the clinic could only schedule two weeks out. The ONLY reason I rated two Stars is because I liked Dr. Longley. So I'm off to try another clinic, maybe the third time will be the charm. New Mexico's health care is what I think is worse than a third-world country."
