"Absolutely Disgusted with the new Phone System. Patients have ZERO ability to have contact with the Clinic, or their Provider! To make it even worse you are to call a Call Center to schedule appointments, to leave messages for your provider which the call center in turn sends to your provider, call the center to check in for your appointment. Oh and the appointment check-in you better hope you get ahold of someone at the call center on time, especially since I sat on hold with that call center number two different times today for over 30 minutes each and NEVER got Someone To Answer!"
"Daughter and I see gude. 3 times she sent antibiotics my dughter is allergic to. Always waiting over 20 minutes after appointment time to get in. the nurse kc has no clue what she is doing and very unprofessional. Just drive to Albuquerque."
