"This clinic no matter how many years the medical assistants do not call in your new med scripts or send them properly. It's always a battle people who are sick should not have to baby sit the medical assistants and be with out meds for weeks or the proper doses . We ( patients) have to investigate why the staff never sent prescriptions or communicate to us. Why are So many people working here but never have good quality patient care. Why don't they care to treat people better? This happens to alot of people and keeps happening. Vicious cycle for us ! Please wake up office managers and regional director's your office has issues being lazy and not communicating . those who been running this office have this issue year after year . Please take charge of this. Not alot of choices in Grants for us people."
"Can’t believe a front desk lady denied the service to schedule an appointment for my little daughter and my husband, she said “let me see what we can do for you” and hanged up and never called back, seriously?! Now I called back today because they closed at 5 yesterday and no appointments available when yesterday I was told there was appointments for today and for tomorrow but since I can’t make the trip there, she said no doctors can’t do virtual appointments, I was already done with a virtual appointment when she called!"
"If your sick they'll see you in 3 weeks they have to many patients to actually give you the care and time you need. They just want you in and out so they next customer can go waste there time and money. Yes they see you more as a customer than patient in my opinion"
