"The Vet here is AMAZING. Real accommodating when your fur baby has an emergency. Has been our vet for years, and gives, in my opinion, top notch service and care for our pets. Again my opinion, but I believe is the best Vet in Grant County."

"Took our 5yr old cat Digit into this clinic to get her nails trimmed as she is a poly and one of her extra nails was curling and digging into her paw, and she wouldn't let us cut it. Unfortunately we found out our cat is a demon outside the house ( angel at home), hissed and scatched the tech . She suggested sedation to get it done and cleaned. 2 days later , we brought her in on a Friday at 7:30am picked her up at 3pm. The front staff was very nice,and understanding. With all 22 nails trimmed and the one nail cut and cleaned out, as well as a long lasting antibiotic given we expected a bill of at least just over $100. To our surprise it was only $41.23 with tax. Our Digit is very sore and hissed at them the whole way out, but it was worth it. She's running and jumping like before. We recommend this place for all your animals needs. You just have to be patient, in a small town, everything takes time."

"We have been in the area for a few months for work reasons and sadly had to have our 14 yr old kitty put down after a 2 yr cancer battle. We'd never been to this Vet before. They managed to get us in quickly and were touched by the compassion of Dr. Allred and staff. We ended up adopting a young kitty from the Deming shelter that needed to be spayed so naturally we went back to Arenas Vet. Our new girl has such a tiny neat incision and she did great with the surgery. We were so ple as ed with the service. They're wonderful. We leave soon and wish we could take the Vet office with us."

"I Love Dr. Allred, if he treated people, he'd be my doctor too. He sees my 10 year old Black Lab, my almost 2 year old Shih-Poo and my two 12 year old cats. He's quick, thorough and very reasonable with cost. Sometimes the receptionist are a little rude, but Ms. Jan is great. Get past the front desk and other staff members are very kind. Would recommend to anyone with a pet. 100,%"
