"Food and Nutrition guy was VERY rude.. The pamphlets I got say you have from 7am-11am to order Breakfast. I called a little before 8am to place my order and he said he already put one in an order for me. I asked him why because I was confused because I han't ordered yet and he told me it was because I didn't answer when he called for my order. I woke up around 7:40am after not getting too much sleep from being ill. I asked what he got me and I told him it was nothing I would've chose for myself and he basically said too bad. That he's busy if he calls and someone doesn't answer he choses for them. I've been at the hospital for 3 days now and I was upset. So my nurse said that's not right why would he bring you something you won't eat and I had no answer for her.. She called him to place another order for me and he's was not only being rude to her but talking poorly about me saying I "should just be grateful" and that he "had problems" with me yesterday. According to him yesterday he had to argue with me about yogurt which was untrue because not only was I on a strict clear liquid diet but IM LACTOSE INTOLERANT! I've been dealing with not getting the things I need at an "appropriate" time because the hospital is understaffed plus a bed shortage and I just wanted a good meal now that I'm allowed to eat.. There's a lot more to the rating I chose but this truly upset me.."
"This state-of-the-art facility needs to have people on board in the emergency room at all times This idea of waiting three and four hours is just ridiculous. And yes, we chose to come here. Thinking that this is a state-of-the-art expedited emergency room. It's a shame that you're severely Under staff and it's a shame to see your employees sitting around doing nothing but laughing"
"My wife came to get seen and insisted that she was not feeling well and her chest and back were in a lot of pain. And the doctor came in and didn't bother asking how she was doing and was very pushy and seemed as though we were wasting his time and trying to give her medication without proper examination we were worried if what she was going through was life threatening and the doctor did not take us seriously he was rude. I was told presbyterian hospital treated their patients better. I will be telling all my friends and family not to bother coming here."
"On January 6, I was admitted to the Emergency Room at Presbyterian Hospital. From the moment we entered the lobby, the receptionist was more than efficient and helpful. I was in severe pain, but had no idea why, all the nurses and assistants were great, they were all very helpful and caring. They did an Xray of my shoulder region but found no problem. Dr. Jennifer McCain had a hunch though that a C-Scan might better show the injury, they ordered one, and sure enough my shoulder was dislocated. They popped it back in, and eventually sent me home. I want to thank Presbyterian from the bottom of my heart, from the moment I entered the hospital the staff treated me with grace and in a well-organized methodical manner. THANK YOU!"
"Had my baby here and the experience was amazing !! I always had my appointments booked with my OBGYN always got my blood drawn on-site didn’t need to leave. Then while in the hospital the nurses were phenomenal! They truly made my experience as easy as possible and they really cared about my experience before, after and during the pregnancy! I will always recommend Presbyterian because of the staff."
