"They cancelled my online order without any reason. Then claim they never got the order when I called to ask. They even claim they’re not affiliated with PetSmart. The employee just sounded like he hated his existence and his job. I get it but then why work there? The customer support line wasn’t any better."
"The prices are high but they have a few things you can't get anywhere else.I do enjoy going for the fishes and they do have a good range of tank fish, an added bonus is when they give out free fish fry sometimes. If you know how to care for them it's pretty cool seeing them grow. The workers are welcoming!!!"
"The employees are always super friendly and helpful at this location. Lorna in particular is such a light. Maybe not my favorite area regarding the traffic as well as the foot traffic, however we'll definitely keep coming back for our crazy dog's, ever limitless needs."
