"Do not go here for grooming! Took my puppy here for a first time groom. Jose was his groomer. My puppy came back with many nicks and cuts. He wouldn’t let me touch his ears afterwards. He was SO thirsty when we got him home. I feel so guilty for taking him here. It was my first time taking a pet to get groomed and now I don’t feel comfortable taking him back here or anywhere. I’m now learning to groom him at home, but we’ve had to take it very slowly because he’s so scared of the clippers. I’m not sure what Jose did to my puppy while he was there, but I hope I can prevent future pet parents from going through what we did. He was also very condescending and insinuated certain things without asking, just assumed. The overall experience was horrible and it really affected how I see groomers as whole now."
