"On January 25th, 2024, I went into the infusion service at the hospital. These nurses are very kind, caring. Before my infusion they took my vitals and found a problem with my heart rhythm. Quickly reacted, and I was admitted into ER. My heart was irregular. These two nurses, SAVED my life that day. Being admitted into the hospital I was met with nothing but caring doctors, nurses, radiology, even house keeping. God bless them all, starting with the Infusion Center."

"Everytime I have a heart episode they manage to save me but they almost always blame something instead of looking into what is causing them :) (aka just saying they are anxiety attacks or blaming it on drugs even though these episodes are so bad that I usually lose eyesight. This has happened every time, if you wanna be medically gaslit then come here!)"

"This is the worst hospital I have ever had the displeasure of going to. If your options are die, or go here, may death embrace you warmly. Because the lack of care from the nurses and doctors here is appalling. This place should be shut down. A nurse named "Kim" refused to service a patient who was in distress and requesting an ambulance, I understand you are to call emergency services, that's what I did, for an interception. The dispatch connected me to the hospital, in which "Kim" answered the phone and rudely said ," we don't dispatch ambulances call the police." And hung up. After the dispatch CONNECTED ME TO HER. She did no ask questions nor show any care. After driving to the hospital I spent an hour in the emergency room waiting area while listening to nurses talk about patient information. The security officer did a better job than the entire emergency room staff. Shut this place down."

"Absolutely horrible hospital. They don't care about taking care of you, they only care about taking your money. $20,000 for an ER visit for a CT scan. 10x the cost of what I've experienced from multiple other hospitals. They definitely take advantage of being the only major hospital in the area. Do everything you can to avoid going here."

"I have never seen or experienced such unprofessional and rude staff at ANY medical facility as I have seen here. Including all the doctors I have gone to. And obviously am not the only one that feels this way according to the reviews. Receptionists talk over you, they are loud announce your business where everyone can hear, disrespectful and treat you as if they'd rather be in better places than attending to you such as rushing so they can go to lunch! No one seems to be knowledgeable in their position and always rushed. What they don't say out loud, their faces say it all. Preposterous!! They all need better training or move to other positions outside of the medical field."
