"I’ve been trying to get my prescription here and it’s been a nightmare. My doctor sent the prescription over, they claim they didn’t receive anything after trying to contact them multiple times so she had do a VERBAL call to order my prescription. I tried calling to figure out the status of my prescription and the system claims they can’t find me. I direct the call to talk to one of the pharmacists directly and no one has been picking up. I’ve called at least 3-4 times. This has been going on for almost two weeks. Don’t go here, it’s badly run. the only lady that helped me was named Cindy, good person."

"The pharmacy here said they couldn't fill my son's antibiotic prescription because they were about to close and they had the gall to partially process it and charge my insurance immediately, so we were unable to get other pharmacies to fill it and had to get a 2nd identical prescription."

"My children and I were delighted to find out that CVS holds packages for FedEx. We had been out of town for weeks, BUT yall held our packages and we were able to get them well after the local FedEx office had closed! Great to see your managers connections are supportive of busy families, keep up the great work!"

"Not sure why they have a drive through pharmacy if they won’t acknowledge you at all! My husband went yesterday to pick up a prescription and no one acknowledged him so he drove off. Not the only bad experience. They can’t even show up to work sometimes! My husband had surgery beginning of February and couldn’t fill his called In prescription because there was no pharmacist. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM AT WALGREENS, but due to insurance changes have to use this rude pharmacy."

"I go to CVS on Tramway because my prescriptions are always accurate and available when promised. Love the drive up option too. I was unhappy with walgreens, smiths, and albertsons before finding cvs. Their coupons also make their products affordable and comparable to others! The outdoor REDBOX is a plus!"
