"I bought a pair of $190.00 shoes and when I got home I realized I couldn't step into them easily. Because I have hip problems I am unable to reach my shoes. I took them back a few days later but they said "no returns." I was unaware of this rule and they had not been worn even 2 steps except for at the store. A few weeks later I took them again and they said no way. I reported them to the better business bureau and that did not help. One and a half years later I tried again offering to trade them in on a different pair that would work and they said No again. I would not recommend this store. The people who run it are rude. They never called me back and I left messages several times. Also the BBB did not help in any way. I am on a fixed income and $190 is a lot of money."
