"I went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription and was told my insurance wasn't covering it and the price was $42. I didn't have the cash as I am on disability and short each month and had to borrow the money. When I went back less than 2 hours and they told me the prescription was $159 now?! Who arbitrarily makes up prices and then doesn't stand by them especially for volatile medicine. This is it I'm done w Walgreens. No wonder they're not doing great anymore and will go under soon!!"

"My daughter had ordered photo invitation cards for her graduation dinner, and something was wrong with how they were printed. We called the store and spoke to Mike. He was very kind and asked us to come back in to pick up our order again, and he would personally handle the reprinting. When we got there, he was at the registers helping another customer. When they were done, he helped us, explained what happened, disposed of our messed-up photos for us, and replaced our order while showing them all to us before we left the store to confirm they were correct. He was very nice to help fix our situation and was kind and courteous, unlike other places we have gotten reprints at in the past where the employees made it feel like we were a bother. We also picked up some prescriptions at the pharmacy drive-through, and the young cashier girl was very friendly. The whole store is great and very clean. We will be returning for more soon."

"The cashier displayed laziness and rudeness when, despite having sufficient funds, he falsely claimed our card had no money. It's unclear if he lacked competence with the cash register or had malicious intentions, but we're now forced to replace our card due to his actions."

"Lady in photos was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I ordered a photo wood panel at 8am. I had not received confirmation that it had been finished so I proceeded to call. When I spoke to the woman she said she had been meaning to call me (mind you, it’s 2pm, 6 hours later) and said their machine wasn’t working. I don’t mind the machine not working(although nothing ever seems to be working at this location, including the staff) but, to not call me until I call you 6 hours later is unacceptable. Horrible location. Do not go here, they screw things up 90% of the time. No one ever works here and the people that do are incompetent. I would give it 0 stars if I could."
