"This place has been amazing! I initially went in to window shop a little and quickly found amazing customer service and direction on what I wanted/needed. "Fat Tire Cycles is an excellent bicycle shop that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bike, bike fitting services, repairs, or accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they always take the time to answer my questions and help me find the best products for my needs. I recently got a bike fit done at Fat Tire Cycles for a bike I did not purchase there. Matt and Eric spent a couple of hours helping me fit the bike to my needs. They took accurate and careful measurements and rechecked the setup after every change to ensure the fit was always balanced. They installed a new stem free of charge to suit my fit and riding needs. After testing the fit for a couple of weeks, I took the bicycle back to Fat Tire Cycles for adjustments. Matt happily did those adjustments free of charge and told me to come in anytime I felt my needs and style had changed that would necessitate additional adjustments. Fat Tire Cycles does free bike fitting for anyone buying a bicycle from them as part of the sale.
