Ted asked me how he could help and spent the next 2 hours explaining everything to me while letting me shoot 3 different bows. I came back two days later to buy the bow and Ted spent another 2 hours with me answering all my questions and educating me on the subject while he set up my bow for me and helped me pick the best accessories for my price point.
