"Tracy and her staff are very welcoming and happy to help you find the perfect fitting shoes. She is always able to help me."
"My Dad bought two new pairs of shoes. The staff was friendly and the gentleman look up to see if he could order the styles my dad wanted. The store was also clean and very organized Highly recommend for shoes and for that you visit this store."
"Not even sure how I should write this. I am SO disappointed in both my experiences. A couple of weeks ago I went in to buy a pair of sneakers. I wore them for 2 days and most likely for less than 8 hours total. I stopped wearing them after my ankle swelled up. I took them back and they refused to reimburse me since I was told," They've been worn." Well of course they were worn! Two painful times. I explained that. Employee was adamant that they were worn. She explained that this was written on the sales slip although it was NOT explained to me when I bought them. So I was given instore-credit and when I was re-measured discovered that I was originally mis-measured. Hence the pain. Store also wouldn't reimburse me or provide credit for the orthotics I bought since I didn't have the original box. I left feeling more like a "mark" than a customer. IF you should buy from this store and want to return any item within the 30 day period, please make sure to bring in the sales slip, original boxes and wash the bottom if you should buy shoes. Good luck."
"After the horrible experience I had at the Ellison location, I was so pleased with my experience at this location! John was so nice and helpful. He resized me on the computer to make sure I was getting the right size even though I knew my size, he wanted to make sure. I will always go back to this store even though it’s 30 minutes from my house. Their selection was way better too!"
"I went into store to purchase a leather cross trainer; after speaking with Todd, he asked if I would be open to a mesh cross trainer; after explaining that I walked daily on talus to paved trails and used a shoe insert; Todd directed me to a cross trainer that was $70 more than my original pick. These shoes were purchased in January and by April they had ripped and the tread does not work on talus or even light gravel trails because they slip. The service was quick and friendly but the product did not meet my expectations nor did it measure up to the Sketcher cross trainer. I feel not just disappointed but my sport needs were not met and for such an expensive purchase that deteriorated within months of purchase."
