"Went in for Black Friday spent about an hour shopping Because it Said 50% off store wide. When I went up only hafe my things rang up for hafe price and the lady said it was because the NFL merchandise s full price, I wish they would have said something befor I spent and hour picking out what I wanted putting things back to make up for what I really liked. When I was checking out then manager I assumed pulled all the cashier's in the middle of ringing up costumers to have a quick side bar conversation. A elderly lady walked up after I was rang complaining about how she was also rang up at full price and instead of apologizing the lady I assumed was the manger that called the side bar meeting started gas lighting an old lady right in front of me saying only select items were on sale. False advertisement and rude staff."

"I bought a shirt here a week ago and the second i took it out of the bag the strap broke and beads went everywhere. I spent 20 dollars just for it to break right away. I kept the receipt and tag to return it and they said i couldn’t even get store credit. So I lost 20 dollars and one of the workers called me a slur before I left. Horrible store."

After spending over 900 dollars the store wouldn’t hand me my money they threw it at me and then told me they wouldn’t help me carry 10 bags or call security for help as well simply because my skin color was I treated like this! It’s a short female young asian or Mexican decent and then a white blond hair woman who walked through the store laughing like she owned it instead of working for the clothing’s store in a mall. I called another location and requested the manager of the state call me and never got a call I called back for her to that store 4 times still never called. So obviously she feels what was down to me was justified and correct. People like this deserve to be dealt with and should use their own personal beliefs at home do not bring them to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"First off, today was the second time in a row that I've had a negative experience at this location. A few days ago, I went in and asked if they had more "street style or urben" clothing that I needed for a photo shoot. A female working there was rude and acted like she was too good to even answer my question and then turned around and started talking bad about my cousin and i. Also, an employee (who was nice) told me I could return something I had exchanged if it didn't work out for me for a full refund. I took the exchange in to be returned and they told me they could only give me store credit. I didn't need store credit I needed the money so I could take my business else where. They gave me store credit anyways and then talked bad about me on my way out of the store. I'm so upset because the customer service was trash. the employees don't know the return policies and just tell you whatever and then switch it up later. They are always standing around gossiping infront of customers and they are always stuck up and rude. I'm over how awful these people treat everyone."
