"I wish I could give them less than one star. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I came in and just needed some cards for an anniversary. Come to find out when I went to go check out the only registers, 2 of them by the way, were opened in the liquor department. So for some reason we were not able to move one of those cashiers to a non liquor area register. Additionally I stood up front for several minutes trying to figure out if those were the only registers open because they failed to put signage up stating that those registers were closed. So now I had to go into the liquor department to check out. Sounds like it's not a huge deal right, You are wrong. I am a recovering alcoholic and walking into a liquor department is not only extremely rough but is traumatic. There is no reason for any establishment that sells a majority of their product beyond their liquor area to only have open registers in their liquor department. I cannot believe the insensitivity And rude behavior that I received from that cashier who refused to assist me outside of the liquor department. I was forced to stand in line halfway down the liquor aisle and walk past bottle after bottle of alcohol that I have worked so hard to overcome and not ever be in the presence of. There is no excuse for their behavior and the piss poor management of this team at this Walgreens location. I should have 100% gone across the street to CVS for quality customer service as it cannot be expected by this Walgreens team. You can bet I will never make that mistake again."

"Decided to try Walgreen's for my flu shot this year. Worked out well other than ultimately about 15 minutes after scheduled appt time. No issues and injection relatively painless as usual."

"I didn’t know that the Pharmacy closes at 6 now. I got off work at 5:45 and went over. Pulled up at 6 and the woman at window answers very rudely “WE’RE CLOSED! They already took our drawers. Sorry.” Okay yes, I pulled up at the time they closed, and I would’ve been understanding about it had she handled that differently and she not answer the way she did. All she had to do was say that they were closed. Not yell at me and be a brat about it. I’ve hardly ever had a good experience here and this was just the cherry on top."

"In January, I came in for a 5:30 pm appointment early around 5:21 pm. The young man at the front desk told me he’d hand me my paperwork soon and to have a seat. I waited over 35 minutes and when I went up to see what the hold up was, he says, “Oh. Did I ever give you your paperwork?” He forgot me. I tell him no and when he finally hands it to me, I expressed how long my wait was. He gave the most insincere ‘apology’ (and I use that loosely. He said, “Yeah, I said my bad.”) At least the pharmacist took me back only a couple minutes after that and apologized properly for his mistake. It isn’t even so much the wait, it’s how he handled it and how unimportant he made me feel. This place needs to show more professionalism and consideration towards their patients."
