"Natural Grocers sold us rotten berries - this is one day after purchase. When we tried to exchange we were told they didn’t take returns or even exchanges without a receipt. Paid using a credit card so they have the transaction on file. Just wanted some decent berries. Take your money to Sprouts and skip this place."

"My family and I went to purchase vegan items in a hurry, and the staff was fenominal, really outstanding... helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. We enjoyed the shopping experience in so many ways. I even signed up with the program they offer. My granddaughter just loved it way better than the other store foods market. The isles were clear even though they were stocking, plus they went out of their way to bring an item from the back. Great job guys my family will definitely be coming back again. Prices are higher than other markets but that is what you pay for, quality... if you are looking for a bargain this place is not for you."
