"I was in the store and a manager came up to me and said I wasn't allowed in the store. I asked why and he said he had seen me steal before. I'm from Texas I only come out here once a year maybe. I tried explaining to him but he took the things out of my hand. I asked for a name and he didn't want to give it finally I asked someone else and they said his name was Brent. He wore glasses dark skin. He was wearing a thigh shirt something my 5 year old wears. Very disturbing. Never coming back. So if you're in the area be careful in this store. They just accuse people of stuff."
"horrible pharmacy, minimum wait time in line is about 40+ mins. the pharmacists change like the weather & no one has a clue what they’re doing. theyre almost always out of my prescription. if you need adderall filled here DO NOT COME. you’ll receive an email that says they’re out and they have to order it but when u call and ask about it “they dont know”. Getting them to answer the phone is a joke. plus if you do get them they’ll hang up on you. I called and asked if i could have my prescription transferred over to walmart (i requested it on app) & this dumb broad on the phone said “no.” even though they can!!! lazy!!!! i ended up calling again to have them release my scripts because i wont be going there anymore. & walmart had them in stock already ready to go just needed them to drop the hold. a guy answered very rude & told me “your psychiatrist already called. theyre switched!” okay so then why did that dumb broad earlier in the day say that they were unable to switch over, if it was already in the process. and on top of that, the last time i came the girl at the window couldn’t even pronounce my medication, she spelled it out for me and it confused me. how would you be able to answer my concerns about a medication if you can’t even pronounce it. corporate needs to help this location. what are these managers doing?"
"The lady at the counter questioned me for buying Christmas giftcards. When I asked her why she wanted to know, she told me any questions should be directed to corporate. I asked her if she knew why she knew why she was asking. She said yes, but I can call corporate if I don't like the interaction. It was obvious she doesn't like her job of she was in pain or something, because the lack of smile, customer service, and blunt rudeness was not what I know Walgreens to be in other areas of town. I intend to call corporate and ask them why. I still want to know."
"Wait times for the pharmacy are ridiculous. Making customers wait so long is just poor business practices. If they really cared about their customers, they would fix this issue. I do not feel like my business means anything to them. They deserve 0 stars."
"I wish I could give the pharmacy no stars while there is 2/3 employees that are nice and respectful. But today I went through the drive up pharmacy window to pick up a prescription the girl sent out the receipt to sign, I signed put it in the drawer she then picked it up with 2 fingers like it was trash and grimaced and tossed it aside. I then went inside to let them know about their employees behavior. Assistant manger couldn’t have cared less. He will “talk to her”. As soon as I can I’m transferring to another place. Rudest girl I’ve ever encountered. They need to train the staff better in the pharmacy."
