Foot Locker

"Walked in and there were like 6 employees standing by entrance. Only 1 was friendly and greeted. This is not a one time off with this store. The employees usually act like they are being bothered if you need help with finding a shoe or size. Usually like this location because of inventory so family usually stops and shops here everytime this last time time I did mention to the employee at register that the behavior of the majority of the floor staff was not acceptable to me."

"wasnt 8npressed after look for 2 pairs of same shoe dodnt have for either 9f my kids at 250 a pair you think they cared bout me standing their the kid just proceeds to help someone else instead of bothering to tell me that 5he6 didnt have so 8 asked the guy u0 from who was checking store count some one finally comes and helps I ask can they orde3 again these sizes sold out. so I then asked for gift cards and are so rude making comments as to like fraud I'm really bugged bout them but like I said bad service I guess I didnt look like I could be spending 500 in their store."

"Came in with a party of 9 to make reservations. They told me it will be a 15 minute wait and we waited we got sat and got an attitude with the female sale assoiate. I asked for a water and to look at the shoe menu and she rolled her eyes and took her 19 mins to get it. We asked for the manager and she gave us attiude as well my family and I got up and left. Poor customer service never again."
