"Awful customer service, what should of been a simple return ended up with the cashier lying. So I took in a couple of shirts with a receipt and the guy analyzed them and even smelled them real quick. Everything seemed fine until the guy noticed the shirt had a Marijuana design which he then used to lie about the shirts smelling like weed. I don't smoke myself which is the reason I was returning the shirts that were gifted to me. Nobody had smoked anywhere near the shirts and even customers in line agreed they didn't smell like anything. Still the cashier doubled down on his lie and argued that he couldn't accept the return and that I should try the other store. I didnt wanna contine arguing so I left right away and made my way to the Coronado mall store which turned out well and nobody there brought up any issues about there being a Marijuana odor on the shirts. Employee just straight up lied and decided to be an awful hater for no reason here, just wish I would of gotten his name."

"I won't go back was at the mall then I went in here they staring like if I'm stealing ugh why cause all my tattoos ok you guys like to discrimination you ain't no better"

"Employees here use 12ft tall ladders like stilts to walk across the store with to hang up merchandise, instead of climbing down and moving the ladder. They do this right next to the customers, pretty unsafe and idiotic."

"recently had the opportunity to visit Zumiez in the Cottonwood Mall. I was impressed with the variety of products available, as well as the knowledgeable staff. The store was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was casual and friendly. I would definitely recommend Zumiez to anyone looking for a great place to shop for clothes, shoes, and gear. The store has a wide variety of products, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the atmosphere is casual and friendly."
