"Heard from my physical therapist that you carry New Balance now but there wasn't a pair in the store in my size. As a matter of fact there was hardly a selection in any brand in women's 7 1/2. You don't carry anything in wide width so I settled for a pair of Brooks which I will be returning for a refund because they don't have a wide enough foot bed either. Selection was disappointing and customer service team seemed bored and uninterested in getting the shoes I wanted to try. Edit: I added a star because the return process and refund was easily accomplished. Thank you."
