Shoe Dept. Encore

"I had a bad experience with this store today. We were sold a pair of shoes that were two different colors. I brought the shoes back to the store, but right away, the little manager lady got very offensive with me. I asked her "if everything was alright", which I can tell something was wrong with her. She tried to get rid of me by giving my money back, but I didn't want my money back. I just wanted the correct shoe. I told her that she is coming at me all wrong, Im not here to start trouble. That is the last time I spend my hard earned money here. To the public, double check your shoes before leaving the store. You might be going home with two different color shoes or even worse, two left sided shoes. Which has happened before to me. I recommend other store with higher quality customer service than this store. Cheap prices comes with cheap service"

The service was good as far as one of the girls, the other one was putting inventory away and busy with the security guard at the same time. The security guard would leave, then he would come back and hang out with her again. He should have been taking care of the problems out in the Mall. Anyways, the Shoe Dept is a good place to shop."
