"If you want to get mistreated, for no reason, this is the place to go. Never in my life have I been mistreated like this before by a manager. I took my husband and son in for a haircut on December 24, 2023. They wanted to get a haircut to look fresh for the holidays. We checked in online as we were headed in like we always do about every two weeks. We were only about five minutes late from the time it told us to arrive when we got removed from the app. We signed them back in. I simply asked when we got there why they were removed. The manager Shelly got defensive right away and said that it must’ve been a system error and they could sign in again and they will get seen in the order they were received. I asked if they could get seen since they’re here now and she told me with an attitude no in a very rude way. We decided to sit down and see how fast they were moving. I was a little irritated, so I rolled my eyes and told my kids to sit down. When Shelley the manager came up to my face and started yelling at me to get out. With surprise, I yelled back at her, telling her just to go do her job and we will wait till it’s their turn. She continue to yell at me to get out, so me and my family left. Other customers were surprised at the behavior as well, that one of them left And the other asked what her problem was. If you wanna get treated, this is definitely the place to go. As a business owner, who works in sales and customer service if I had a manager who behaved in this manner, she would be fired."

"Ren is the most kind, understanding and active listeners I’ve had the privilege of having my hair cut by. He is always booked and with good reason. He wants to know what you want out of your haircut, how you want it to look and how much effort you intend to put into it on a daily basis. He keeps good logs of what cuts you get so going to him multiple times is easy if you want the same thing. He has helped me on my hair journey from short shaved cut to hair that reaches down my back. He’s incredible! 10/10"

"I came in with matted hair because I hadbeen wearing a hat so I asked for a shampoo. The bald guy I got didn't care and wanted to do the haircut first. Instead of having an argument I just sat down as he asked. This is one of the worst haircuts of my life. He didn't even bother to comb it. I look like sloppy garbage. I'll have to go back to a different location and get it fixed. This is the worst sport clips I've been to. Common sense might tell you that a bald person is not going to be a skilled hair stylist."
