"Went in on a Sunday morning. There was 1 guy working. He had 1 customer and 1 possible waiting. He told me to come back at 2:30 as there'd be availability. I came back at 2:30 (a few hours later) with my son, and the guy said, "Oh, the person who cuts long hair isn't in until Wednesday." By then, it was too late in the day to find someone else to trim my son's hair. I think if you work at a barber shop you should know how to trim hair. If you can't, don't waste my time telling me to come back 3 hours later. This was unfortunately the 3rd time I've had a bad experience at this business, and I'm done. They're the closest to where we live, but we'll drive farther to get friendlier and reliable service."

"NEVER AGAIN - Walked in on a Sunday at 3:00 pm. Saw two morbidly obese people (one a man the other a girl) sitting in the barber chairs stuffing their faces. Their reaction to my entering the store was to exchange mocking glances with each other in a kind of silent competition to see who would succeed at avoiding me. Reluctantly, the fat girl asked tersely: "Wad'ya want?" as she popped a giant pink bubble of gum. Desperate for a hair cut, the rest was one of the most miserable experiences of my life. The fat girl insisted that she couldn't give me a simple trim unless she knew "what numbers" I use. After a back and forth she finally consented to play it by ear, popping her spittle spraying bubble gum throughout the ordeal. I could hardly hear her as the lowest form of rap music was cranked up to ear-splitting decibels the whole time. The fat girl was not only terse and rude, but tried to charge me $39.50 for the 2-minute attempt at a haircut she gave me. I had to argue the price down to a senior discount. Owner Maurice needs to get a grip on his operation. I'm sure I'm not the first nor will I be the last once loyal customer he will lose. Never, ever again!"
