"They took out a porcelain tile floor and replaced it with new tiles in my kitchen. I had some delays as part of my tile order was wrong, and I had to wait a week to get more of the correct tiles delivered. They were ready to jump back in as soon as my tiles arrived. They protected my cabinets from getting demolition dust inside of them, and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful result. Great installation, careful with my wooden cabinets, finished quickly, and very talented people. Can't recommend them highly enough."

"Aaron and his team did a fantastic job of refinishing and extending our original 1960s oak flooring. He was easy to work with and the finished look is unbelievably gorgeous! High quality work and Aaron has a great eye for detail - he wove in the new flooring in a way that you can't tell where the new oak was added in. The cost was well worth it, and I'm definitely going to be referring my friends, and will absolutely work with Artistic Concepts again. Thanks!"

"The work done was adequate, but not for the price. The level of professionalism absent from Artistic Concepts stands in stark contrast to the thousands of dollars charged for the work. Artistic Concepts is a family company, and they brought their family to our home...introducing all the yelling, cursing, belching and door slamming of their family to our home. Employees needed to borrow tools many of the days worked. Employees arrived 10 minutes to an hour outside of scheduled times on all but one day of the project. For the price charged for the job, Artistic Concepts could have provided their own toilet rather than using ours. Don't expect them to wash their hands, either. The owner of the company touted his personal pride in his work, but was later overheard complaining to his own employees about the quality of the material he had recommended to us, the customers. Employees had to be constantly reminded (by a pregnant woman) to wear their masks. This was an issue that continued each day of work. Mud and construction materials were tracked through the house and were rarely cleaned by Artistic Concepts. During work in our bedroom, a loud crash was heard. After some inquiry, it was found that the owner of Artistic Concepts, Aaron, had dislodged the hanging clothes in the closet, dropping all of them on the floor. These had been hastily replaced by Aaron. After attempting to conceal the mistake, rather than any form of apology, Aaron quickly explained how it was alright, because he had "cleaned" the floors. We are still unsure when any cleaning was done on the floors in our bedroom as the clothes had dust and dirt on them. Would not recommend to friends or family."

"Artistic Concepts LLC completed another outstanding job for us. As before, the tile job was done skillfully and aesthetically appealing, and it shows the quality we expected. Aaron is always able to take on unusual and unique jobs, and he makes sure that the job is done well even in the face of any challenges. Dave [he installed the tiles], is skillful, creative, and just great to have around - such a beautiful design! - Furthermore, every time we look at the finished project we are immensely pleased and we greatly appreciate especially Aaron's wonderful ability to manage even challenges that arose from our choice of materials.
