"OK, first off, I walked in their just to get a new screen protector for my phone. Walk around for a minute cause everybody was busy. And then when I got my screen protector, I was sent to 3 different cashiers. I waited at mobile. And everybody just walked past me. 30 minutes, I stood right there. looking like an idiot. And when somebody finally came, they just looked at me and asked the other person next to me. Can I help you? So the moral of this story doesn't go here looking poor. They'll just walk past you and look down at you. 1 star feels like I was judged for how I look...."
"I have experienced some of the best customer service ever at the hotel circle location. From store employees, to management, to geek squad, to the in home techs. Due to this, I buy 100% of my electronics at this Best Buy location. I also enjoy being a tech member. I originally became a tech member, due to the coverage on my cell phone. Not realizing how many other benefits it comes with. The membership has benefited me is many ways."
"Extremely disappointed in best buy they should be ashamed of themselves. What happened to the days when a customer can come in and say that something didn't fit or something wansnt working and still be able to get at least an exchange granted or store credit. Yes , if the return refund period is over , at least offer an exchange to keep the customer happy. But not Best Buy, they cannot do that apparently. Especially if it's after Christmas they have an "extended" period of 3 whole entire weeks after christmas to return anything , but anything passed that you have to spend extra money at the time of purchase in order to gain more time past 3 week extended time to return your product. I was trying to return a tablet cover that did not fit. And I was told that I could not get a refund. Nor could I exchange it because I had already passed this 3 week extended time after christmas to return a product. Unfortunately, the Day After Christmas I ended up in the hospital, and I've been recovering ever since. And even after letting them know that and even offering to show them my hospital bill. They still would not even offer an exchange. Best Buy needs to get back to the drawing board and realize their customers are the ones who are the most important people in their line of business. Best Buy is a shameful company, not allowing even exchanges on a simple cover that was never used. Best Buy corporate is definitely going to be hearing from me. For this customer best buy is no longer the best place to buy anything."
"We went in to find a TV for one of our spare bedrooms. After looking at the options we found the best one to fit our desire. All was fine till we tried to purchase it. All of the boxes under the display went to a different model. We were told we could order the one we wanted but it would be delivered to us for a fee that almost doubled the price and it could not be delivered to the store for pickup. So, since that model basically cant be sold we asked if we could have the floor model. Nope. Weird. If that model you can't buy wasn't sitting there, we may have picked a different one but dealing with the no sense policies made us walk out."
"These guys do a really nice job at this location. Always very friendly. They actually seem eager to help, when staffing allows. Seems their younger workers actually know how to talk with people, have actual conversations! ; ) I've been there about 7 times in the last week...each of those experiences was solid. Sadly had to return a couple items recently (setup issues)...but they've been great. Believe me I'm no Best Buy or corporate fanboy by default. But these guys really seem to be working at it! This is really one of the few Big box stores I'll even patronize, anymore. I actually think I'm becoming a Best Buy fan again! Weird."
