"I had a bad experience redemption of my 5$ bonus points. I was at the check out counter for more than 15 minutes. Because they could not understand the process.Than I was portrayed as a thief. And asked to leave . Because they had to re:-enter the merchandise. Came out to a different price. That's why I was looking through the bag. Different price I had questions. Treated so Bad by the theft prevention staff . When I would never steal. Makes me question if I would ever shop at the South Valley Burlington store."

"Emerly i believe her name was so rude, when it was time to check out me and my sister tried to have a conversation with her and she didn't even acknowledge it. Just told us the total and didn't care to make eye contact I did not feel welcomed."

"Felt so uncomfortable. I went yesterday with my boys and my older son found some shirts so he wanted to try them on but there was no fitting room so he had to try them out right there on the floor. And after he tried them on one of the female workers in the front started giving me and my son a dirty look like we stole something. She was on her walkie talking about us. Then once we went passed her she stopped talking on the walkie. Me and my boys don't have to steal my son makes his own money he doesn't have to steal from this horrible place. We have money but she made us feel so uncomfortable like were weren't supposed to try it on and just buy it. After she realize my son didn't do nothing she still have me a dirty look. Bad customer service. Just by the way my son looks is not acceptable. Won't be shopping at this trash place anyways. The one on Montgomery is better. Hire better people that won't accuse a teenage boy of stealing. Worst place everm don't shop here"

"Wasn't a great selection of clothes. Seemed to be needing to be restocked. Greeted immediately by security at the door."

"The store itself is not bad; however no one has been able to explain to me why the dressing rooms are not available. This really makes it difficult for anyone purchasing clothes. The clothing items are taken all the way home and if they don’t fit I would have to drive back to the store to exchange. The Burlington store on Montgomery and San Mateo do utilize their dressing rooms."
